REGISTRATION
The Online registration has closed.
Registration for the meeting is possible at the conference site, please be prepared to pay the fees by cash or by credit card.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of any kind has to be made in writing to Congreszon Ltd. All refunds will be made at the exchange rate of that date. The organizers or the congress office cannot be held responsible for a loss caused by alterations in exchange rates.
If cancellation of participation is received by August 1st 2008, the registration fee less a cancellation fee of EUR 50 for administrative expenses will be refunded. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after 1st August 2008. There will be no refunds for no-shows.
If the hotel booking is cancelled after 1st August 2008 or in case of no-show at the hotel, a one night's fee will be charged from your credit card.
