Instructions for Preparing a Poster Presentation

The poster area is located downstairs in the exhibition hall, Merisali.

Posters should be installed on Wednesday during 16:30 - 20:00 or Thurday Sept 4 during 08.00-10.00 am.

Posters should be dismantled on Friday Sept 5th after tje last coffee break at 15:30 pm, latest at 17:00 pm.

Poster stands will be numbered.

Please notice the maximum dimensions when preparing your poster presentation.
It is the author’s responsibility to prepare a completely correct poster material ready for presentation within the maximum frame of a poster board seen on the drawing.

Authors should install his/her poster by using pins which are available at the colloquium site. Use only material which is not too heavy and which can be fastened with pins.

Authors are responsible for taking their posters away after the congress. The congress organizers do not take responsibility for posters that are not removed after the scheduled poster dismantling time. Forgotten posters will not be mailed after the congress.
