Marina Congress Center is a part of Hilton International
Being centrally located within easy walking distance of downtown Helsinki and overlooking the harbor, the Marina Congress Center is a unique venue for conventions and special occations of all kinds.
The Center is equipped for conferences, exhibitions, banquets and galas for up to 2500 persons, adapting the room size and decor to provide anything from large hall to an intimate conference room with a view of the sea. Some 500 events are held at the Marina Congress Center each year.

Hotel Helka is well managed and privately owned hotel in the heart of Helsinki surrounded by services and sights of the capital of Finland. Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be sent in writing to Confedent International Ltd by e-mail: infacon12@confedent.fi
All refunds will be made at the exchange rate of the refund date. The organizers or the Infacon XII Secretariat cannot be held responsible for a loss caused by alterations in exchange rates.
If cancellation of the registration or hotel is received by February 28, 2010, the fee less a cancellation fee of EUR 50 for administrative expenses will be refunded.
If cancellation of tours is received by February 28, 2010 the fee less a cancellation fee of EUR 50 for administrative expenses will be refunded.
If cancellation of the registration or hotel is received from March 1 to April 30, 2010, the fee less a cancellation fee of 25% of each fee will be refunded.
If cancellation of tours is received after March 1 no refunds will be made.
There will be no refund for registration or hotel cancellations received after May 1, 2010.
There will be no refund for no-shows.
