A comprehensive city tour of Helsinki takes in the most important and interesting parts of Helsinki, such as the historical centre and the diplomatic quarters, the Presidential Palace, City Hall, the Parliament building, Finlandia Hall and the Opera House. Stops at Senate Square, the Sibelius Monument and, when possible, Temppeliaukio Church.

A boat transfer from Market Square to Suomenlinna takes about 15 minutes.

The historical fortress of Suomenlinna is a unique architectural monument, a popular recreation area and a museum, but at the same time a living community. Suomenlinna, also known as Viapori, was founded in 1748 and used to be the biggest fortification in the kingdom of Sweden. In 1991, Unesco included Suomenlinna in the List of World Heritage sites. A guided walking tour in Suomenlinna takes in the main fortress sights, its fascinating history and life on the island today. The walking tour takes about 1 – 1,5 hours.
