Post Congress Technical Tours

The following tours have been designed to combine technical visits to mines or ferro alloy plants with travel to places of tourist attraction. All tours will start from Helsinki. Schedules are subject to changes based on airline timings.

Please register for the tours while you register for the congress, using the same registration form. If you have already registered for the congress and afterwards decide to book one of the tours, please contact infacon12@confedent.fi instead of returning to the registration form again.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be sent in writing to Confedent International Ltd by e-mail: infacon12@confedent.fi
All refunds will be made at the exchange rate of the refund date. The organizers or the Infacon XII Secretariat cannot be held responsible for a loss caused by alterations in exchange rates.

If cancellation of the registration or hotel is received by February 28, 2010, the fee less a cancellation fee of EUR 50 for administrative expenses will be refunded.
If cancellation of tours is received by February 28, 2010 the fee less a cancellation fee of EUR 50 for administrative expenses will be refunded.

If cancellation of the registration or hotel is received from March 1 to April 30, 2010, the fee less a cancellation fee of 25% of each fee will be refunded.
If cancellation of tours is received after March 1 no refunds will be made.

There will be no refund for registration or hotel cancellations received after May 1, 2010.

There will be no refund for no-shows.

Please note that any alterations to your hotel and other reservations must be sent in writing to Confedent International Ltd. at infacon12@confedent.fi
