Registration

To register for the congress, to make an accommodation reservation, and to book social events, please complete the on-line registration form, for which you will find a link through the navigation button "Registration and Hotel Reservation". Kindly read first the instructions and conditions given below.

All reservations (incl. social program and hotel) should be made on the same on-line form together with the congress registration. Reservations will be handled on a "first come - first served" basis. Also events included in the registration fees should be marked on the form. Each form is to be filled in individually by only one participant.

Registration fee includes:

Admission to all sessions and poster area
All congress material
Refreshments and lunches according to the porgramme
Social Programme: Reception on 9 June and Dinner on 10 June

Payment and confirmation

Registration fees are based on the category of the participant and the date of payment. All payments (registration fees, hotel deposit) should be paid in advance in Euro (EUR = €) when making the registration and reservations. After receiving your registration and payment, Congreszon will send you a personal letter of confirmation by email.

Please register early to take advantage of lower registration fees!

Methods of payment:

1. By credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and Eurocard. Please indicate on the on-line registration form the card type, card number, expiry date, CVC number and the total amount in Euro.

2. By bank transfer to the account of CONGRESZON.

Invoices will be sent only on request. The invoicing charge is 7 €.

Please note that all payments should be free of bank handling charges. Personal, travellers' or company cheques cannot be accepted!

Cancellation and refund policy

Registration fees:

cancellation received by 30 April 2008, full refund less administrative costs of 40 €
cancellation received on or after 1 May 2008, no refund will be made

Hotel deposit (please read more information under “Accommodation”):

cancellation received by 30 April 2008, full refund less administrative costs of 20 €
cancellation received on or after 1 May 2008, no refund will be made

There is no extra fee if, when cancelling a participant’s registration, another person from the same organisation is replacing the cancelled person.

All cancellations and/or changes in registration and accommodation must be made in writing to the local HDR 2008 secretariat c/o Congreszon, email: hdr08@congreszon.fi.
