Abstract instructions

The dead-line for abstract submission is Thursday January 31st 2008. The abstract must be 150 words or less. The 150 words limit does not include the authors and title of the abstract; the limit is for the body of the abstract. Submission is performed electronically by using the on-line submission system below. Please note when submitting abstracts as MS Word files: use font Arial with font size 12.

In order to avoid the problems with special symbols, also a pdf-format version of the abstract is requested. Please send the pdf-file to the Congress Secretariat hdr08@congreszon.fi. The author should cross-check the pdf-format carefully.

Please notice that the submissions without at least one registered presenter before 31.1.2008 will be neglected.

Accepted contributions will be presented either as posters, or according to the decision of the Organizing Committee, as oral communications. During the submission, the author has to select both the preferred form(s) of presentation and the symposium. The time for oral presentations will be exactly 20 min including the time for questions. Size of the poster board is 95 cm x 115 cm (width x height).

Authors will be notified of acceptance of their contributions and the type of presentation (oral or poster) by 10th of February 2008.

All the abstracts will be published in a special issue of European Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences.
