PAYMENTS

All payments (registration fees, hotel deposit, social programme and tours) should be made in advance in Euros. Payment Methods:

Please indicate YOUR NAME AND THE CONGRESS NAME EUROMICRO 2008 in the remittance to ensure that the payment will be correctely registered.

- Invoices will be sent only upon request. An invoicing fee of 8 euros will be added.

- Please note that all payments should be free of bank handling charges.

- Bank drafts as well as personal, company or traveller’s cheques cannot be accepted.

- all payments after 28.2 will charged automatically with higher fees

Confirmation

After receiving the registration form and payments Congreszon will send a confirmation letter.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Cancellation of any kind has to be made in writing to Congreszon Ltd. Please note that for organisational reasons refunds will not be made until after the Conference. All refunds will be made at the exchange rate of that date. The organizers or the congress office cannot be held responsible for a loss caused by alterations in exchange rates.

Cancellation of participations

Registration fees are refundable with a deduction of EUR 40 for administrational expenses provided that the participation is cancelled by 28 February.; 50% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made between 28 February 2008 and 15 May 2008. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 15 May 2008. There will be no refunds for no-shows.

Cancellation of room reservation, social programme and tours

Should you cancel your hotel room or social programme by 15 May 2008 a refund of 50% of the payment will be issued. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 15 May 2008.
