Dear Euromicro 2008 Exhibitors !

Thank you for attending the Euromicro 2008 Exhibition !
The 9th Congress of the European Federation of Societies for Microsurgery will take place in Turku, Finland, June 12.-14.2008. This Congress will bring together Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons and Hand Surgeons, from all over Europe and also from overseas. We expect around 200 participants, leaders and decision makers of their fields.

LOCATION OF THE EXHIBITION
The exhibition area is located on the entrance floor and on the 2nd floor of the Sigyn Hall.
The layout of the area is seen on www.euromicro2008.org
Coffee will be served at the exhibition area during the coffee breaks. 
Lunch will be served at the restaurant which is located next to the exhibition.

EXHIBITION OPENING HOURS














The exhibition is open during the conference as follows

Thursday, June 12 16.00 registration for exhibitors opens

Friday, June 13 8.00 am Euromicro 2008 Exhibition opens 

Saturday, June 14 16.00 Closing of the exhibition

STAND SET-UP
Exhibitors can start their stand set-up at 16.00 pm on Thursday, June 12
Kindly notice that the final installation should be finished by Thursday 

DISMANTLING
Dismantling of the stand can start at 16.00 on Saturday, June 14. 
All own stand materials of the exhibitor should be dismantled and removed from Sigyn Hall, 
The exhibitor is responsible for the installation and dismantling of his own stand materials.

SPACE RENT INCLUDES:

electricity
two registrations for the conference including lunches and coffees
the list of exhibitors will be published on the Congress Programme Book. 

INTERNET CONNECTION
Coreless internet connection is available at Sigyn Hall for a cost of approximately € 8 / day

RENTAL OF EXHIBITION CONSTRUCTIONS AND DECORATIONS
Space charge does not include any exhibition structures. Please see the attached form

USE OF EXHIBITION SPACE








The exhibitor shall not assign to a third party its rights hereunder to the exhibition space or any portion thereof without prior written consent of the organizers which they may grant or withhold at the sole discretion. Every exhibitor must use only their rented space for installation and distribution of material.
The exhibitor must notice the following: 

It is forbidden to stick anything onto the walls. It is also forbidden to handle paints in the exhibition area. 
The damages will be claimed from the organizer.

Material can be attached onto the mobile panels which are available for rents.

Should you want to hang anything from the ceiling agree upon It beforehand with your contract.

UNLOADING OF THE MATERIAL

Material to the Euromicro 2008 Exhibition should be brought through platform of Sigyn Hall.

PARKING
There are free parking spots available around Sigyn Hall.

SHIPPING OF MATERIALS
Exhibitors shall take care of the shipping of their materials, ground handling, reception, unpacking and storing of the goods as well as of the removal of the materials after the exhibition.

- The storage should be taken care of by exhibitor himself or by using a shipping agency with exhibitor’s and shipping agency’s mutual contract. The exhibitor is responsible for all the costs related to his material handling.

REGISTRATION & NAME BADGES

Two full conference registrations are included. Fee for extra exhibitors is € 100.
The names of all representatives manning the booth are required well in advance in order to prepare the name badges. 

We recommend all exhibitors to register by filling the on-line registration at www.euromicro2008.org

ACCOMMODATION & SOCIAL PROGRAMME
Congreszon Ltd. has reserved room blocks from the hotels near the congress venue. 
The rooms can be reserved by on-line form. The exhibitors are also welcome to attend the social programme. The city reception of Turku is free of charge

INSURANCE AND LIABILITY
The exhibitor shall take out necessary liability, business interruption and goods insurance on their own account. Congress organizers, and Congreszon will not be responsible for any damage or harm caused to the exhibitor’s material or personnel during or as a result of the congress.
