The registration desk is located opposite of the main entrance and will be open at
following times:

Thursday, June 12 16.00 - 19.00
Friday, June 13 07.30 - 17.00
Saturday, June 14 07.30 - 16.00

Please note that only registered participants may attend the scientific sessions and social events offered by the congress

INTERNET CORNER
Internet will be available for participants in the library of Sigyn Hall C, next to the Exhibition Area in corridor b

SPEAKER’S PREPARATION ROOM

The speaker’s room is located on the righthand side of Sigyn Hall, corridor b.
The Speaker’s Preparation Room will be open at the same times as the Registration Desk. We kindly ask you to bring your presentation to the speaker’s room on Thursday, 12th, when you register. The PowerPoint presentations should be provided on a memory stick or CD; Own laptop computers are not allowed in the sessions.

Please visit the Speaker’s Preparation Room to confirm your audiovisual requirements at least two hours prior to the start of your session.
