ACCOMMODATION

The organizers have reserved rooms from different types of hotels in Turku city centre. All hotels are located within 2 kilometres from Sigyn Hall.

The rooms will be booked on a first come first served basis. Hotel reservations should be made at the same time as registration by filling in the on-line registration form.

Accommodation allocation during the congress has been made at the hotels listed below. The prices are per night / room. Please note that when reserving a twin room both names should be mentioned on the form.The prices include breakfast and VAT.

Hotel deposit

To guarantee your hotel reservation a deposit of one night’s room rate is required. We are unable to accept reservations without a deposit as a guarantee. The deposit should be paid together with registration payments. Your deposit will be forwarded to the hotel and will then automatically be deducted from your hotel bill at the end of your stay. Your hotel reservation will be confirmed when Congreszon has received the deposit.

BEST WESTERN SEAPORT HOTEL
